4) Getting the German Visa

Before entering Germany, citizens of these countries have to apply for and obtain a visa. No visa is required for all other nationals to enter Germany. After entering Germany without permission, you can request a residence permit.

Germany Immigration for the Employers

The shortage of qualified workers and highly skilled employees was recorded in Germany. They are always in search of engineers, IT professionals, physicians, and other qualified professionals. Foreign immigration authorities have relieved the stringent requirements for Germany and work in order to encourage these people to immigrate to Germany.

As a result, one of Germany's most popular immigration is finding a job in the country.

The next step for immigration to Germany from India is:

  • Find the job within Germany that allows foreign nationals to take on the job
  • Application for a work visa in Germany
  • Visa for immigration to Germany to receive the employment permit

The employer and the staff must demonstrate that:

  • The employee's position could not be filled
  • The employees from Germany or the EU were in short supply that the employee would have the same wages and working environment conditions as every other German employer
  • The employee meets all requirements of education and work experience for work. The employee's company fulfills all the needs of the job.
  • The hiring of employees meeting all the requirements.

You will be able to work as a German employee, as long as you have permission to stay. You may apply for an extension or after a certain period of time if your employer wants to continue your working relationship even after your work permit is close to expiry.

However, if you are an unqualified worker, emigrating to Germany on the base of employment would be much harder.

The Germany immigration policy for education

This is not known to many, but Germany offers free training. Alternatively, colleges in Germany have meager fees or charge nothing at all, unlike countries like the United States, which are subject to large tuition fees. Germany is, therefore, a popular destination for immigrants to pursue education.

Immigration to Germany from India for the Family Reunions

There are times when for different reasons people move to Germany, but in their home countries have to leave their families behind. All the spouses and the children under the age of 16 can apply to join their wife or parents for immigration to Germany.

Spouses should prove they are married, and children must submit birth certificates in order to qualify for family reunion migration. For children under the age of 16, German skills are not necessary as they are expected to learn fast. Nonetheless, adequate evidence of German-language skills and the ability to adapt and integrate should be available for children over 16 years old.

As far as spouses are concerned, they must be qualified for A1 German, at least. The same applies to the other spouse who joins if the spouse was allowed to work already in Germany. Visas for wives are, therefore, subject to the same requirements.

The Residence Permits in Germany

You will also receive a residence permit if you receive one of the Germany Immigration visas. Temporary and permanent residence authorizations may exist. Foreign nationals can reside in Germany for a certain period of time for temporary residence and return to their own country. Permanent residence permits allow the foreign national to remain and return to Germany whenever they want, as long as they want. But you don't get a German citizen through a permanent residence permit. This is an entirely different process. Germany generally has two temporary and one permanent residence permits.

The Standard Permit for Residence

This kind of residency license applies to all the above-mentioned immigration purposes as well as to others, such as training courses, former Germans who are interested in returning to Germany, and those who are going to Germany for political and humanitarian reasons. The standard permit for residence is valid and can be extended for some time.

The EU i.e., European Union Blue Card

The EU Blue Card is issued to national workers from abroad who have a high level of qualifications and want to work and apply these skills in Germany (without EU country citizens). A person with a high degree means that he or she has a degree or a degree in any particular field. You need to find a job in Germany to qualify for the EU Blue Card and must receive an annual minimum pay of € 50,800.

The EU Blue Card grants its holders the right to spend four years in Germany, with the opportunity to change a permanent settlement of their residence permit.

The person must demonstrate adequate German skills to qualify for permanent settlement, meet the specific financial requirements, and in Germany must have been working at their place of work for over 33 months requiring qualifications acquired at the highest level.
